The staff is courteous, helpful and prompt. Couldnt be happier. I used the Jupiter location. Staff seems pleased to help a customer - almost unheard of the service industry now.

I found my car Friday morning with a smashed window and called over 7 places trying to get it fixed ASAP and all told me I'd have to wait until Monday. I called First Option Auto Glass and they said they'd send someone first thing Saturday morning and they did. They came to me and fixed the window in under an hour and they cleaned and vacuumed up all the glass shards that were left from my old window. Great service, very timely, and for a very reasonable price.

Crap happens..lol while on vacation with the family we made the mistake of leaving a beach bag on the back seat and someone decided they needed it more than us and broke the window, in the rental car to get it. We found First Option Auto Glass on the internet and got a quote and set the appointment to have it done at our hotel. Very easy to work with! The James Family

I really appreciate services that do what they say they will! I walked out of the 24 Hour Fitness today only to find out someone broke out my door window..(a-holes). I called and they had Alfredo to the rescue, He replaced my window in about 40 minutes and even vacuumed up the broken glass.

I searched around town for a prompt response and quality service by reading reviews. Before calling First Option Auto Glass I had already left 2 voicemails for two other companies (no return call) and when I called First Option Auto Glass, they answered within 3 rings, gave me a complete rundown of what the cost would be and scheduled me the same day. The technicians were outstanding and installed a quality windshield and in the time promised. I am very impressed with First Option Auto Glass and the staff, and I highly recommend them 100%.

First time to use this company and the first time anyone has ever broken my car window to steal my gym bag. They came right out and replaced the window, even vacuumed up all the broken glass. Very professional and the price was right. Thanks guys!
